We cannot guarantee engraving on customer supplied items. We also do not take any responsibility and we are not liable for and damage caused through the use of products or services used be it indirect, special, incidental, or consequential on these items.

All images, designs and photographs contained in the message, or attachment(s) are the sole property of Lomax Laser. An reproduction, or use is prohibited without prior written consent.

Three free proofs are either emailed, or texted before items are engraved. Proofs are provided for spelling checks, information content, dates, resolution issues and any other issues, or problems that may arise during the layout and engraving process. We are not responsible for any typos, or incorrect information after proof approval.

It is the customer's responsibility to review and email, or text requested changes, or approve the layout for production. If the order is being reproduced from a picture, please confirm the material type and color. Changes made after proof and layout approval are subject to additional fees.
